My first review is for The Real Pork Scratching Company's Cracking Pork Crackling.
Flavour: 2/5 - A real lack of flavour here. It's faintly porky, but doesn't hit the spot.
Texture: 2/5 - Way too light and soft, a similiar consistency to quavers. It made the texture quite unpleasant as they were just so airy.
Aesethics: 3/5 - The packaging is lovely even if the inside disappoints. The scratchings themselves are on the samller side and slightly too light for me.
Verdict:
2/5 fine swines - These may look good on the shelf but the lack of flavour and weird texture meant I didn't even want to finish the bag.
Would I buy again? No.
